Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 第一平面から直角方向に突出した嵌合突部を有
    する第一部材と、 前記第一平面に密着する第二平面およびその第
    二平面に形成されて前記嵌合突部と嵌合する嵌合
    凹部を有する第二部材と、 その第二部材の前記嵌合凹部を画定する側壁を
    前記第二平面に平行な方向に貫通して形成された
    ねじ孔に螺合され、嵌合凹部側の端部に先端側ほ
    ど直径の小さい円錐面が形成されたねじ部材と、 前記第二部材の前記嵌合凹部を間に挾んで前記
    ねじ部材と対向する部分に、前記嵌合突部の先端
    側に向かうに従つて前記ねじ部材から離れる向き
    に傾斜して設けられた第一傾斜面と、 前記嵌合突部をそれの突出方向と直交する方向
    に貫通して形成された貫通孔に摺動可能に嵌合さ
    れ、前記第一傾斜面側の端部にその第一傾斜面に
    対応した第二傾斜面を有する一方、反対側の端部
    に前記嵌合突部の先端側に向かうに従つてねじ部
    材に接近する向きに前記円錐面に対応した角度で
    傾斜して形成された第三傾斜面を有し、かつ、前
    記貫通孔の長さより短い摺動子と を含み、前記第一部材と第二部材との一方に切
    削工具が取り付けられ、前記嵌合突部と嵌合凹部
    との嵌合状態において前記ねじ部材がねじ込み操
    作されることにより前記円錐面と前記第三傾斜面
    との係合ならびに前記第一傾斜面と前記第二傾斜
    面との係合により前記第一平面と前記第二平面と
    が加圧下に密着させられる形式の切削工具取付装
    置において、 前記嵌合突部の外側面と前記嵌合凹部の内側面
    とを前記第一平面と第二平面との密着状態におい
    て互にしまり嵌合するテーパ面とするとともに、
    前記第二部材に、一端が前記ねじ穴に開口し、他
    端が前記第二平面に開口する貫通孔を形成し、そ
    の貫通孔にその貫通孔の長さより直径の大きな球
    体を移動可能に保持させる一方、前記ねじ部材の
    外周面に前記球体が前記第二平面から突出しない
    状態まで引つ込むことを許容する深さで環状溝を
    形成し、かつ、その環状溝の前記円錐面に近い側
    の側壁面をその円錐面側ほど直径が大きい円錐面
    としたことを特徴とする切削工具取付装置。
