【考案の詳細な説明】
この考案はパネル枠等の枠体に接着剤を塗布す

従来、パネル枠に表面材や化粧材を接着するた
めの接着剤を塗布する場合、第1図のように塗布
ロール1とこれに対向する支持ロール2との間に
パネル枠3を通過させて塗布を行なつている。前
記塗布ロール1および支持ロール2はゴム製のも
のである。塗布ロール1の側方には接着剤供給用
ロール4が転接され、この接着剤供給用ロール4
と塗布ロール1との間に溜められた接着剤5が塗
布ロール1の周面に供給される。パネル枠3は木
製のものである。ところが、パネル枠3の表面に
枠材の接合部等で同図に示すような段差6があつ
た場合、塗布ロール1がパネル枠3の表面に沿う
ことができず、接着剤5が塗布されない部分が生
じるという問題があつた。また、従来の塗布ロー
ル1および支持ロール2はゴム製であることから
摩耗が激しくメインテナンスが面倒という問題が
あつた。そこで、塗布ロール1および支持ロール
2を金属製とすることを考えた。そのようにすれ
ば、耐久性の向上が図れ、また段差6を矯正して
塗布の均一が図れる。しかし、段差6が大きすぎ
るような場合は、パネル枠1が通過できずに止ま
り、パネル枠1を損傷したり、過負荷により装置

段差がある場合は、塗布ロール1がばね部材7に
抗して上昇することにより、その段差部分の通過
が許される。そのため、パネル枠3を損傷した
り、装置の駆動系に過負荷を生じて寿命低下を招
くことが防止される。また、塗布ロール1および
支持ロール2は金属製であるため、耐摩耗性が強
く、従来のゴム製のものに比べて5倍程度の耐久
性が得られる。そのためメインテナンスも容易で

持ロール側へ付勢するばね部材を設けてあるの
で、矯正できないような大きな段差がある場合
に、枠体の通過を許し、枠体の損傷や、装置の駆
動系の過負荷による寿命低下等が防止できるとい
