る。

では砂の噴出もしくは噴出中止を迅速かつ確実に
行なうことは大変困難であり、また度重なる所作
では作業員にとつてはその煩に耐えず、作業能率
の向上は到底所期し得ない所である。そこでこの
考案は、前述のような部材を管路中途に介在させ
ることなく、しかもレバーの牽引で砂の噴出もし
くはその中止を迅速かつ確実に行ない得る洗浄ガ
ンの砂吐出装置を提供しようとするもので、本体
内の送液管と連通可能な噴管の中途に、空気放出
部を設け、該空気放出部に付設した空気放出管を
開閉可能とした弁棒にレバーを連結する一方、こ
の空気放出管を前記噴管に並置せる砂パイプに連
通させてなるものである。

面が皿状の係入構dを形成し、該係入溝dに係脱
自在とした球5を挾持する通孔eを穿設した挾持
片6の内周壁に刻設されたメネジfに螺着する一
方、この挾持片6の外周壁に、前後方向に沿い接
続子7を摺接可能に嵌合し、該接続子7の中間か
ら前端に亘り内周壁に形成された長溝uにコイル
状のスプリング8を挿入し、前記挾持片6の前端
近傍の外周壁に設けた凹所iに止め輪rを係入
し、この止め輪rの外側を挾持片6の内周壁に接
触させると共に、前記スプリング8の前端を係止
させることで常時接続子7を後方に向け弾発、付
勢させて球5を係入溝dに押圧・係入させ、プラ
グ3を挾持片6に対し接続状態を保持可能として
ある。なお前記接続子7の後端の内周壁に逃避溝
hを凹設し、接続子7を第1図にみるように矢印
y方向に移行の際、球5を逃避溝hに逃避させる
ことで、プラグ3を挾持片6に対し自由状態とな
し離脱もしくは挿入可能としてある。またプラグ
3の前方を被覆・密嵌した被覆管9の後方一部
を、噴管4の後方外周壁に螺着する一方、被覆管
9の前端に後端が接触せる支持体sで噴管4の外
周壁を抱持・定着し、この支持体sに空気放出部
10を付設し、この空気放出部10における弁座
11の通孔gを開閉する弁棒12の後方を、支持
体sに樋立せるピンp1に枢着したレバー13に
ピンp2で可動連結し、また弁棒12と支持体s
の後部内壁との間に張設されたスプリング14を
前方に向け弾発・付勢し、弁棒12で常時通孔g
を閉塞するようにし、なお空気放出部10前方に
接続した空気放出管15を砂パイプ16の中途に
連通させ、該砂パイプ16を前記噴管4に沿い前

螺着し、この結合片17に止着具tを介して固定
された噴頭Jの先端が未広状の通孔18を前記空
所nに連通してある。他方保持片2の後方に螺合
せる承体19内の空所mに球20を収納し、この
球20を押圧する押圧稈21の前端を、ピン22
に把着したレバーLの当接片23に接触させ、レ
バーLのx方向への回動で球20を上方に押圧し
て通孔24を開放可能とする一方、前記空所mに
速通した送液管25の下端をソケツト1に嵌入・
螺着すると共に、ソケツト1の前方において本体
z内壁の一部に傾斜部26′付きの溝26および
27を並置し、前記レバーL下方のガイド溝w
に、スプリング28で昇降可能に嵌合され、かつ
常時は下方に押圧・付勢された鎖錠子29を溝2
