ーナにおいて、前記通気抵抗体もしくはその周辺
温度を検出する感温センサーを設け、更に前記通
気抵抗体の下流側に第1イグナイターを、通気性
パネルの下流側に第2イグナイターを各々設ける
とともに、前記感温センサーの感知温度が規制温
度以下の場合は第1イグナイターに点火し規制温
度以上になつたら第2イグナイターを点火させる
