触媒体を放熱室内に設け、前記入気側と燃料と空
気を予混合する混合用バーナを設け、点火初期は
混合用バーナを介して触媒体の予熱を行ない、予
熱完了後は触媒体を介して触媒燃焼を行なうもの
において、混合用バーナ3の炎孔6に形成する炎
を介して点火初期を検知するフレームロツド9を
炎孔6の近傍に設けるとともに、触媒体5を介し
て触媒燃焼を検知する感熱素子10を触媒体5の
入気側の対応部位に設けたことを特徴とする触媒
