Claims (1)
- 同一軸線上に対向して配置した各１対のシリン
ダーの各軸線が同一平面で直交するごとく４つの
シリンダーを十文字状に配置したエンジンにおい
て、隣り合う１組のシリンダーＣ１，Ｃ２の各１
対の弁Ｖ１，Ｖ１′及びＶ２，Ｖ２′を該各１対
の弁の軸線がなす平面がそれぞれのシリンダーＣ
１，Ｃ２の軸線に４５°傾斜して平行するごとく
対向して配置する一方、上記シリンダーＣ１，Ｃ
２と対称位置にある他の隣り合う一組のシリンダ
ーＣ３，Ｃ４の各１対の弁Ｖ３，Ｖ３′及びＶ４
，Ｖ４′を上記シリンダーＣ１，Ｃ２の弁Ｖ１，
Ｖ１′及びＶ２，Ｖ２′と対称的に配置するとと
もに、弁の軸線のなす平面がそれぞれ平行状態に
ある各１組の隣り合うシリンダーの各１対の弁棒
間を挿通して弁の開閉制御カムＫを備えた１対の
カム軸Ｓ１，Ｓ２を上記弁の軸線のなす平面に垂
直に互いに平行に配置し、該カム軸Ｓ１，Ｓ２を
４シリンダーによる出力回転軸に連動するように
したことを特徴とする十字型エンジンにおける弁
装置。
