Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 従来、二重シール弁装置に於て二つの弁体を同
一方向に向つて移行させることによつて弁を開閉
する形式のものは、通常、両弁体を相互に接合し
た状態で弁体の洗浄を行う構造になつているので
二つの弁体の対向面は洗浄が充分に行われ得ない
弊があつた。

よつて二重の弁体を各弁座より離れた位置に於て
相互に離開した状態としこれによつて二つの弁体
の相互に対向する面の洗浄を可能にすることを目
的とするものである。

体7の中央に通孔9を設けて同通孔9の下側に漏
液排棄管10を連結し当該漏液排棄管10の下端
を上記の入口1に連結したエルボ11の下面に上
下動可能に貫出せしめると共に弁構6の外側にパ
イプ状の副弁棒12を上下動自在に嵌着し、この
副弁棒12の下端に上記の第2弁座5に着座する
第2弁体13を固定し、この第2弁体13と上記
の第1弁体7とは離れた状態で着座するようにす
ると共に弁箱3の上面に上半部内に主ピストン1
4を、また下半部内に補助ピストン15を蔵した
シリンダー16を固定し、このシリンダー16内
に上記の主弁棒6を臨入せしめて当該主弁棒6の
上端を主ピストン14のピストンロツド17の下
端に連結し、同じくシリンダー16内に上記の副
弁棒12を臨入せしめ且つ当該副弁棒12の上端
を補助ピストン15の中央に設けた通孔18に上
下動自在に挿通して同幅弁棒12の上端を補助ピ
ストン15の上方に貫出し、この貫出端にフラン
ジ19を設け当該フランジ19と補助ピストン1

Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 1 底面に入口を、側面に出口を夫々設けた弁箱
の当該入口の口縁に第1弁座と第2弁座を上下二
段配置に設けると共に弁箱の天壁に入口に向つて
進退する主弁棒を挿通し、この主弁棒の下端に上
記の第1弁座に着座する第1弁体を固定すると共
にこの第1弁体の中央に通孔を設けて同通孔の下
側に漏液排棄管を連結し、この漏液排棄管の下端
を上記の弁箱の入口に連結したエルボの下面に上
下動可能に貫出させ、また主弁棒の外側にパイプ
状の副弁棒を上下動自在に嵌着し、この副弁棒の
下端に上記の第2弁座に着座する第2弁体を固定
し、この第2弁体と上記の第1弁体とは離れた状
態で着座するようにすると共に弁箱の上面に上半
部内に主ピストンを、また下半部内に補助ピスト
ンを蔵したシリンダーを固定し、このシリンダー
内に上記の主弁棒を臨入せしめて当該主弁棒の上
端を主ピストンのピストンロツドの下端に連結
し、同じくシリンダー内に上記の副弁棒を臨入せ
しめ且つ当該副弁棒の上端を補助ピストンの中央
に設けた通孔に上下動自在に挿通して同副弁棒の
上端に補助ピストンの上方に貫出し、この貫出端
にフランジを設け当該フランジと補助ピストンと
は第2弁体が着座し且つ補助ピストンが下降した
状態の時には離れた位置関係になるようにすると
共にシリンダーの天壁と主ピストンとの間に同主
ピストンを押下する主発条を、また主ピストンと
上記のフランジの間に第2弁体を押下する補助発
条を夫々挾入し、更にシリンダーの周壁に主ピス
トンの下面に圧縮空気を送入する主空気孔と補助
ピストンの下面に圧縮空気を送入する副空気孔を
夫々開設したことを特徴とする二重シール弁。
