Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance pulverizing operation, by mounting an auxiliary agent supply apparatus, a primary grinder, a quick lime supply apparatus, secondary grinder and a third grinder. CONSTITUTION:The cake dehydrated by a filter press 11 is supplied to a first conveyor 12 and thrown in a primary grinder 15 while a grinding aid is supplied to the cake on the first conveyor 12. Thereafter, the cake is supplied to a second conveyor 16 and quick lime is delivered from a rotary feeder 21 to be supplied to the cake on the second conveyor 16. The cake is thrown in a secondary grinder 17 to be sufficiently mixed with quick lime and ground. This cake is supplied to a third conveyor 18 and transported to be thrown in a third grinder 22 where the cake is pulverized into particles with a particle size of 25mm or less. These particles are transported by a fourth conveyor 23 to be stored as a treated cake 19. By this method, treatment cost can be reduced.

Sludge water that comes out when crushed stone is washed with water during the manufacturing process of crushed stone manufacturing equipment is subject to legal regulations and cannot be discharged directly into rivers. It was dumped at a disposal site. However, as it is often difficult to secure a disposal site, in some cases, in order to make effective use of the cake, quicklime is mixed into the dehydrated cake for stabilization treatment, and then mixed with particle size-adjusted crushed stone, etc., and used as road base material. There are examples of it being used as a construction material. As shown in FIG. 2, this treatment device supplies a cake obtained by dewatering waste mud using a filter press 1 to a first conveyor 2, and onto this first conveyor 2, quicklime is transferred from a quicklime silo 3 to a raw lime feeder 4. Extract quantitatively.

Dehydrated cake has a high water content and is composed of clay and silt, so it has strong adhesion (in order to mix it with particle size adjustment crushed stone, etc., the moisture content must be set to 20% or less to sufficiently crush and divide into two particles). However, in the conventional treatment, the amount of quicklime mixed in was about 5% of the dehydrated cake, resulting in poor crushability and insufficient granulation. Therefore, in order to improve this, the amount of mixed quicklime was increased. If it were increased, there was a problem that the processing cost would increase because the conventional equipment mixes only quicklime.

[Function] In the processing apparatus of the present invention, quicklime is added to the dehydrated cake that is supplied with a crushing aid and crushed in the primary crusher, crushed in the secondary crusher, and further crushed in the tertiary crusher. Crushing and sizing are performed. By mixing in the crushing aid, the moisture content of the cake is reduced and the cake is sufficiently crushed into single particles, so the chemical reaction between the quicklime and the cake takes place effectively, and the amount of quicklime used can be kept to a minimum. .
