Claims (1)
- エンジン背圧等を導入するバルブケース体１の
開口部１ａをダイヤフラム２で覆い、その上にカ
バー３を被せ、該カバー３のカシメ部３ａを前記
バルブケース体１のダイヤフラム挾持面１ｂに対
して所定の開き角度θ１をもつて折り曲げて、該
ダイヤフラム挾持面１ｂと前記カバー３のカシメ
部３ａとの間で前記ダイヤフラム２の周縁部２ａ
を挾持し、かつカバー３をバルブケース体１に取
付け、該バルブケース体１内に導入したエンジン
背圧等でダイヤフラム２の中央部のバルブシート
４を上下動させ、該バルブシート４でバルブケー
ス体１に設けたノズル５を開閉するようになつて
いるダイヤフラムバルブにおいて、前記ダイヤフ
ラム２の周縁部２ａは、前記開き角度θ１に合わ
せて、先端側が肉厚に形成されていることを特徴
とするダイヤフラムバルブ。
