    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 卓越風向における風上側壁面と風下側壁面とを
    風抜穴を介してなる超高層建築物において、風抜
    穴の内側に導風部材を配設して風収束部を形成し
    、この風収束部の高さ方向に沿つて風力発電装置
    のサボニウス型風車を複数配設し、これらの風車
    間に風の流れ方向に対して傾動し得るように形成
    したダンパー部材を配設することを特徴とする超
    高層建築物。
