Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 指向性を有する光放射端を備えた発光ダイオー
ド素子と、 一端に光拡散放射面を備え、他端に該他端から
前記光拡散放射面に向けてのび内端に粒状体収容
部を形成する結合孔を備えた透明性の光拡散部材
とから成り、 前記光拡散部材における粒状体収容部に粒状体
を配し、前記光拡散部材に設けた結合孔を介して
前記発光ダイオード素子の光放射端が前記粒状体
に対面するように結合して成ることを特徴とする
光拡散型発光ダイオードユニツト。
