Claims (1)
- 豆腐を挾むための対向する上板・下板と、豆腐
を挾持した上下両板を収納するトレイ・蓋の容器
とから成り、前記上板及び下板には端縁に対の複
数の輪ゴム係止用フツクを設け、このフツクに輪
ゴムを架設して近接する弾性を付勢し、下板には
スリツト状又はメツシユ状の水切孔を設けた豆腐
の水切具。
