  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 高圧フアンによりエア吹出しノズルから清
    浄なエアをエアシヤワー室に噴出して人体及び衣
    服に付着した塵埃を除去するエアシヤワー装置に
    於いて、前記シヤワー室のエア中の塵埃を計測す
    る塵埃計を設け、塵埃計の測定結果に基づいて高
    圧フアンの稼動を制御することを特徴とするエア
    シヤワー装置。 (2) 前記塵埃計は種々の粒径を有する塵埃の計
    測が可能なものであることを特徴とする実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載のエアシヤワー装置。 (3) 前記エアシヤワー室の塵埃はエア中の塵埃
    濃度として塵埃計によつて測定されることを特徴
    とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のエア
    シヤワー装置。
