Claims (1)
- 強制空冷構造で遅波回路がポールピースを隔壁
とする空胴結合型のビーム直進形マイクロ波管に
おいて、前記遅波回路のポールピースの内部に冷
却空気を一方の外周部に設けた開口から導入し、
中心部のフエルール部分を直接冷却させしめて他
方の外周部に設けた開口から排出する溝を設けた
ことを特徴とするビーム直進形マイクロ波管。
