従来枠体に組込まれた半導体装置はフォークリフトクレ
ーン等により盤前面まで運ばれるが、盤内への組込み作

設けないようKしているのでフォークリフトが用いられ
ず、人力によって盤内で装置を移動させて所定位置に固
定するようにしていた。盤内の狭いスペースで重い装置
を前後左右に移動させるのは容易でなく多大の労力を要
し、また危険を伴うといった欠点があった。

できるようにした半導体装置の収納盤を提供することを
目的とする。

面より下方に突出するように装置重量に応じて適宜数取
り付けて、装置が収納盤の固定台上を人力によって自由
に移動できるようにし、所定位置で装置の枠体底面を盤
の固定台にボルトで締付けることによりボールを沈めて
固定するようにしようとするものである。
