[Prior art and its problems]

Since large-capacity semiconductor devices are heavy, it is desirable to be able to transport and store them in a storage board as easily as possible.

Conventionally, semiconductor devices built into a frame are carried to the front of the panel by a forklift crane, etc., but the work of assembling them into the panel is done by downsizing the panel and minimizing the gap between the panel wall and the device frame.
