る鋳型の断面図であり、第５図Ａ〜Ｃは、それぞ
れ従来の鋳型における合せ部の状態を示す説明図
である。 図中の符号、１……上型、２……下型、３……
湯口、４……製品、５……隙間、６……凸状部、
７……凹状部、８……空間部、１０……鋳型。

Claims (1)
- 一方の鋳型に凸状部を突出させて設け、他方の
鋳型にはその凸状部に対応した位置に、該凸状部
よりも大きい容積を有し、その突出高さよりも浅
い凹みを有する凹状部を形成し、その両部材によ
つて、鋳型の合せ面の隙間を塞ぐように構成した
ことを特徴とする鋳型の湯洩れ防止構造。
