Claims

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] 1. A dielectric unit, and counter electrodes arranged at intervals on the same main surface inside the dielectric unit, and each counter electrode is exposed on a corresponding side surface of the dielectric unit; a pair of external electrodes formed on both sides of the dielectric unit and connected to corresponding counter electrodes; and a pair of external electrodes formed on the main surface of the dielectric unit without being connected to the external electrodes and connected to the corresponding counter electrodes. A multilayer capacitor comprising an additional electrode for forming a capacitance together with the electrode, characterized in that an insulating film is formed on the main surface of the dielectric unit so as to cover at least the additional electrode. 2 including floating internal electrodes each facing both of the counter electrodes inside the dielectric unit;
