Claims (1)
部において同一主表面上に間隔を隔てて並置され
かつそれぞれが誘電体ユニツトの対応する側面に
露出される対電極と、誘電体ユニツトの両側面に
形成されて対電極の対応のものに接続される1対
の外部電極と、前記誘電体ユニツトの主表面上に
前記外部電極と接続されることなく形成されかつ
前記対電極とともに容量を形成するための付加電
極とを含む積層コンデンサにおいて、 少なくとも前記付加電極を覆うように前記誘電
体ユニツトの前記主表面上に絶縁性被膜を形成し
たことを特徴とする、積層コンデンサ。 2 前記誘電体ユニツト内部において前記対電極
の両方にそれぞれ対向する浮遊内部電極を含む、
実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の積層コンデ
ンサ。 3 前記付加電極および前記絶縁性被膜は、それ
ぞれ、前記誘電体ユニツトの両主表面に形成され
る、実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項または第2項
