Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the rate of operation of a compressor, by providing two connections of an A/C switch and an ECO switch in a magnet clutch actuating switch of the compressor and constituting an equipment so as to control a preset temperature and a mixing door to be changed by proper use of the switches. CONSTITUTION:When large room cooling power is necessary, an A/C switch 201 is controlled to switch a switching circuit 21 to a position of A/C, and a compressor is operated to the maximum rate of operation by controlling a setting lever 221 and a magnet clutch 30 by an evaporator temperature 19. When no large room cooling power is required, an ECO switch 203 is controlled to switch the circuit to a position of ECO and decide by an outside air temperature decision circuit 24 an outside air temperature level 25, and if it is not less the preset temperature, an air mixing damper 17 is fixed to a position of cold, and the magnet clutch 30 is controlled by the detection temperature 19. If the temperature is in a value not more than the preset temperature, a mixing door is actuated by a temperature setter 22, and the compressor is on-off controlled. By this constitution, the rate of operation of the compressor is improved.

In addition, independent of this operation, when one of the two-way switch 8 (A/C switch 81) is operated, the temperature of the temperature detector 7 that detects the temperature of the evaporator 2 and the setting on the verge of freezing are set. When the temperature is compared with the temperature by the thermo circuit 6, the magnetic clutch 1 is turned on and off, and the other side of the dual switch 8 (ECO switch 83) is operated, the temperature detector 7 is detected.
This causes the apparent resistance to increase, resulting in a higher temperature set point, which reduces the compressor's operating rate.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the problems described in 2., the present invention provides an air mix door that changes the mixing ratio of cold air and hot air, a mix actuator that drives the air mix door, and an air mix door that changes the mixing ratio of cold air and hot air. a temperature setting device that changes the opening degree of the evaporator, a temperature detector that detects the temperature of the evaporator or the blowout temperature, a magnetic clutch that connects and disconnects the compressor, a dual switch that operates the magnetic clutch, and an air conditioner controller. The air conditioner controller is actuated by the temperature setting device when one of the dual switches is operated, and a temperature setting value is set for turning the magnetic clutch ON and OFF by comparing it with a signal from the temperature detector. A temperature setting value that fixes the air mix door to the cold side when the outside air temperature is higher than the set value when the other switch is operated and the temperature setting device is used to turn the magnetic clutch ON and OFF. When the outside temperature is below the set value, the mix actuator is activated by the temperature setting device, and the magnetic clutch is turned on and off? ! The temperature is set to 2 degrees higher than the low temperature set point a degree.
'Function With the above configuration, the present invention fixes the air mix door to the cold side by operating the other switch when the outside air temperature is relatively low and exceeds the set value, and furthermore, the temperature sensor is set by the temperature setting device. It is possible to optimally adjust the set temperature compared to the temperature, and when the outside temperature is lower than the set value, that is, when dehumidification is mainly used rather than cooling, the mix actuator is activated by the temperature setting device, and the magnetic clutch is activated. Since the temperature setting value for turning ON-OFF is set to a temperature higher than the minimum temperature, the operation of the compressor can be used effectively and the cabin temperature can be adjusted to the set temperature.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention enables the variable resistor for operating the air mix door in the A/C mode to be set to a thermostat when the outside air temperature is within the set temperature range in the ECOC mode. Used as a variable resistor to adjust the temperature of the circuit, and forcibly fixes the air mix door in the cool side position, and increases the set temperature of the thermo circuit when the outside temperature is below the set 1Q degrees. The compressor is used as a variable resistor to operate the air mix door.
This allows efficient operation of the sensor without waste.
