    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 室内に導入する外気と屋外に排出する室内の空
    気とを熱交換するようにした熱回収換気装置にお
    いて、室内に導入する外気を熱交換器２に通す前
    段階で加熱する予熱ヒータ１８と、屋外に排出す
    る室内の空気の熱交換後の温度を検出する温度セ
    ンサ２０と、該温度センサ２０の検出した温度に
    応じて予熱ヒータ１８を制御する制御部１９とを
    有する熱回収換気装置。
