(a) After completing the covering of the piping, in the event of an accident such as a water leak in a part of the piping, the heat insulating material and finishing material covering the accident area should be partially removed. Therefore, during repair, the insulation and finishing materials from the accident site to the relevant part of the piping will be destroyed, making the repair process inconvenient.

(b) The above two steps required a lot of man-hours and the work was difficult. Furthermore, since construction is carried out using a wide variety of materials, there are many unusable materials such as scraps of each material, which impairs economic efficiency and requires a lot of effort to clean up afterwards.

In other words, it is a member that covers the outer surface of pipes installed indoors or outdoors to insulate the pipes, and is formed into a laminate in which a heat insulating member and a finishing member are integrally polymerized in a two-layer structure, either integrally or separately. A means for fastening the pipe to the pipe is provided.

1st Example (Fig. 1.2) The piping insulation covering member l (hereinafter abbreviated as "covering member") of this embodiment has two layers: a plate-shaped heat insulating member 3 and a plate-shaped finishing member 5. Laminated body 7 and clamp 11 integrally polymerized in structure
It consists of The laminate 7 is manufactured in a factory by bonding the heat retaining member 3 and the finishing member 5 together using a normal adhesive.
This laminate 7 is encapsulated in the piping 13 at the site,
By tightening the clamp 11 as a fastening means, the laminate 7 can be attached (tightened) to the piping 13 with one touch.
That will happen. These are arranged seamlessly in the axial direction of the pipe 13 to complete the insulation construction of the pipe 13. Therefore, piping 13
If a partial accident occurs, the covering member 1 that covers the accident site will be partially removed and repair work will be carried out. Further, since the covering member 1 is composed of the laminate 7 and the clamp 11, which are entirely plate-shaped, it has excellent MWi properties.

In the above, (a) the material of the plate-shaped heat insulating member 3 is not particularly limited as long as it has a heat insulating (insulating) effect and is deformable enough to cover the pipe 13, but is known from the viewpoint of lightness and economy. An example of this is glass wool. Further, the thickness of the heat insulating member 3 is adjusted depending on the intended use of the piping 13.

(b) The material of the plate-shaped finishing member 5 is also not particularly limited as long as it is deformable enough to cover the pipe 13 and can be integrated with the heat retaining member 3 via an adhesive or the like.

However, when the piping 13 is installed indoors, it must be provided with flame retardancy and decorative properties (e.g. decorative non-combustible cloth), and when the piping 13 is installed outdoors, it must be provided with weather resistance (e.g. zinc iron plate), etc. , it is necessary to correspond to the purpose of use of the piping 13. It goes without saying that strength to hold the heat retaining member 3 is required.

(C) Clamp 11 firmly connects the 8-layer body 7 to the piping 13
There is no particular limitation as long as it can be fastened to the body, and it can be appropriately selected from commonly available products. Naturally, it is necessary to consider the design of the piping 13 installed indoors, and the weather resistance when using the piping 13 installed outdoors.

In the above, the heat retaining member 3 and the finishing member 5 may have a cylindrical shape with a partial notch (formed in the axial direction of the pipe 13), and in this case, the present covering member 1
Since there is no need to bend the pipes to fit, it is suitable for use in pipes installed in places where work is difficult, such as at high places, and has good workability.

Second Embodiment (FIG. 3.4) In the covering member 1 of this embodiment, the heat retaining member 3 of the first embodiment is made longer in the axial direction of the pipe 13. Third
The figure shows a case where this embodiment is applied to the laminate 7 of the first embodiment. Piping 13 by this covering member 1
When the heat insulating member 3 is covered, both ends 3a and 3b of the heat insulating member 3 are exposed, and the exposed portion is, for example, the same member as the finishing member 5, and the connecting member 9 made of a single C is used to fasten the covering member 1. Cover it and fasten it to the pipe 13 in the same manner as (FIG. 4).

When the piping 13 is covered with this covering member 1 as shown in FIG. 4, the joints of the covering member 1 are sealed,
The heat retention efficiency of the pipe 13 is improved.

Third Embodiment (FIG. 5) The covering member 1 of this embodiment is one in which a laminate 7 and a fastening means are integrated. To explain the structure in detail, the present covering member 1 has a metal band 16 with a locking hole 15 bored approximately in the center on two sides in the axial direction of the pipe 13 in the finishing member 5 of the first embodiment. It is attached to the pipe 13 by screwing the locking hole 15 with a metal fitting 17 or the like.

Therefore, this embodiment has superior transportability compared to the first embodiment by integrating the laminate 7 and the fastening means, and also by disposing metal plates on both sides of the finishing member 5. ,
When the present covering member 1 is fastened to the pipe 13, it has excellent shape retention.

<Effects of the Invention> As explained above, the coating member of the present invention can be produced in advance in a factory, so it is highly economical, and the piping can be coated with one touch, making piping insulation work easy and even an amateur. The installation is easy and requires no tools, and since the covering member of the present invention can be partially removed even after it has been installed on the pipe, it is easy to repair, which was a problem in the past. It is satisfying.
