Conventionally, this type of duct cover has a fixed structure with wooden panels assembled, and after wrapping the necessary heat insulating material etc. around the piping installed in the corner of the dwelling unit, the piping is closed. Work was being carried out to install a duct cover on-site to hide it. However, with this conventional structure of duct covers, it is not possible to install the duct cover covering the pipes until the piping work and related incidental work are completed, and if the piping work is delayed, the duct cover cannot be installed. Not only the construction work, but also the interior work of the housing units that was to be completed afterward continued to be delayed, which was causing a hindrance to the overall construction work. In addition, this fixed structure duct cover has
An inspection port is provided to inspect the piping inside the duct cover when an abnormality occurs, but since the area that can be inspected by such an inspection port is limited, If the piping cannot be repaired, the entire fixedly attached duct cover must be removed, which requires time and expense to remove and install, and the When reattaching the duct cover, there was an inconvenience in that it was also necessary to reapply the surface finishing material of the duct cover.

The present invention has been made in order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, and provides a duct cover that can be attached or detached at any corner of a piping section without the need to provide a special inspection port and without requiring special on-site work. Its features include a pair of rigid rectangular lining members placed with their long sides facing each other in the duct cover that covers the piping section installed at the corner of the structure; and a surface member made of a flexible member that is adhered to cover the lining member and is bendable at least at the connecting portion between the lining members, and the edge length of one of the lining members is On the side part, there is a hanging member that can be freely engaged and detached from a latch attached to the upper wall surface or ceiling surface of the corner part, and on the long side of the edge of the other lining member opposite thereto, there is a hanging member on the corner part side. The present invention is characterized in that pressing elastic pieces for elastically holding the projecting receiver attached to the wall surface between the lining member and the surface of the lining member are respectively attached.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained with reference to the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. The duct cover covering the piping section is manufactured in a factory as a flat cover member 1 as shown in FIGS. 1a and d, and is transported to the site. It will be done. This cover member 1 includes a pair of rectangular lining members 1a, 1a made of lauan plywood arranged with their long sides facing each other,
The connecting material 1c is joined between the inner lining members 1a, 1a, and the connecting material 1c is attached in the longitudinal direction. along the 2nd line 45
A V-shaped groove 1d having an angle of 10° is bored until it reaches the surface member 1b.

Therefore, each of the above-mentioned lining members 1a, 1a is shown in FIG.
It is reinforced with a frame member partitioned as shown in FIG. The portion 2a is screwed to the surface member 1b side, and the other inner lining member 1a facing this is screwed.
Similarly, a plurality of pressing elastic pieces 3 are screwed onto the long side of the edge of the frame member, with the wave-shaped elastic pieces 3a at the tips thereof being pressed against the surface of the frame member. In addition, the above-mentioned facing member 1b may not be made entirely of vinyl chloride resin plywood, but only the central connecting part may be made of a flexible member, and both sides thereof may be made of lauan plywood. In this case, a cross-covered surface is applied. is preferable.

As shown in FIG.
The pieces are folded back to back inside, packed into several sets in a compact package, and sent to the site. At the site, after applying adhesive to the V-shaped groove 1d and bending it at right angles as shown in Figure 1b,
By joining the stays 4 to both sides of the bent portion in the longitudinal direction, the duct cover can be assembled easily and firmly.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 2, upper and lower mounting members 8 and 9 are attached to the upper wall surface or ceiling surface 6 and side wall surface 7 of the corner portion along the pipe 5, respectively, at the corner portion through which the duct pipe 5 is passed. In addition, a hanger rail 10 constituting a latch for the duct cover is screwed to the upper mounting member 8, and a lock rail 11 constituting a receiver is screwed to the lower mounting member 9. The hanger rail 10 has a horizontal hanging part 10a by folding its upper side twice, and a protruding receiving part 10b on the lower edge, as shown in FIG. Bending portion 2a of the L-shaped suspension member 2 attached to the edge
When the duct cover is hung on the hanging part 10a from the inside, the vertical back part of the hanging member 2 is supported by the receiving part 10b, so that the vertical wall surface of the duct cover can be suspended and held in a vertical position. Further, the lock rail 11 has an L-shaped cross section, and has sawtooth notches 11a along the rail longitudinal direction formed on its upper surface, so that the hanging member 2 can be attached to the hanger rail as described above.
When the horizontal part of the duct cover suspended at 0 is pressed against this rock rail 11, the horizontal protrusion of the rock rail 11 enters between the pressing elastic piece 3 and the lining member 1a, and the wavy shape of the pressing elastic piece 3 The elastic piece 3a prevents the sawtooth notches of the rock rail 11 from elastically so that the horizontal portion of the duct cover can be fixed to the corner portion without loosening.

In addition, in the above embodiment, only the configuration of a single duct cover is explained, but when a plurality of duct covers are installed along the longitudinal direction of the piping 5, the longitudinal connection part of the duct cover is By forming step portions that fit into each other and connecting them one after the other, a better finished shape can be achieved. At this time, the shape of the stepped portion formed is uniform and uniform according to the length and shortness of the installation mode of the duct cover row, since it is only necessary to make the step formation different between the end covers and the intermediate cover of the duct cover row. It becomes possible to manufacture the duct cover more easily.

Since it has the above configuration, this duct cover allows the standardized cover member 1 to be easily assembled with a little on-site work, and then attached to the hanger rail 10 and rock rail 11 installed along the piping 5. It can be attached and detached immediately when desired, and therefore duct cover work can be performed at any time without being restricted by the order of construction such as piping work, interior work, etc., and it can contribute to simultaneous multi-use in the progress of construction work. Moreover, there is an advantage that the duct cover can be installed and removed for inspection and repair as needed without requiring the installation of inspection holes as in the conventional case, and that there is no need to re-maintain the surface finish of the duct cover itself.
