[Detailed description of the invention] This invention is particularly suitable for rooms that require moisture resistance, such as bathrooms.
The present invention relates to a moisture-proof joint structure in which panels used as interior materials such as wall materials and ceiling materials of cooking rooms and the like are joined in a moisture-proof manner.

Conventionally, this type of moisture-proof joint structure has been made using panels made of boards such as plastic foam or inorganic lightweight boards, or composite boards made by laminating these boards with metal plates, plywood, asbestos plates, etc. They are joined using a pre-shaped real structure such as a real structure, and if the real structure is left in a butted state, moisture will pass from the front side of the panel to the back side through the gaps in the joint, infiltrate the inside of the wall or ceiling, and cause damage to these parts. In order to prevent the structure from decaying, it is common practice to apply moisture-proofing treatment to the joints (joints) using putty, joint tape, or the like.

However, with the above conventional moisture-proof joint structure, it is necessary to perform moisture-proof treatment using putty, joint tape, etc. after the panels are joined, resulting in a two-step construction process, resulting in poor workability. If a decorative sheet is applied after treatment, surface finishing such as painting must be performed, which has the disadvantage of complicating the construction work.

The present invention was developed in view of these drawbacks, and it eliminates the need for the conventional moisture-proofing processes such as putting putty and pasting joint tape, improving workability, and improving moisture-proofing properties.
Furthermore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a moisture-proof joint structure that can be installed without damaging the surface appearance even if the surface of the decorative board has been previously decorated.

Further, 7 is a Pv having a T-shaped cross section, which has a web 7a and mounting flanges 7b and 7C protruding from both sides of the upper end of the web 7a.
The joiner is made of plastic such as C resin, ABS resin, or metal plate such as aluminum plate or galvanized steel plate, and a sharp moisture-proof claw 7d protruding to one side is integrally formed in the middle of the web 7a. The joiner 7 is attached to one end of the plate-shaped base material 1, its web 7a is attached to the cutout wall surface 3a of the step 3 on the back side of the base material 1, and the other side 7C of the mounting flange is attached to the back surface of the base material 1. By abutting and fixing the moisture-proof nails 7d to the outside, the nails 1 are attached to the one-side mounting flange 7b (to be described later on the base material 9).
0) and the cutout bottom surface 3b of the back step 3 form a recessed groove 8 that can fit into the back side protrusion 6 at the other end of the panel A1. .

Such a panel A1 has a protrusion on the back side of another base material 1 adjacent to the concave groove 8 of the base material 1 fixed by fixing nails 10 to the base material 9 of the one side mounting flange 7b of the joiner 7. A plurality of pieces are joined by fitting the part 6 into the rear side protrusion part 6 while piercing the sharp moisture-proof claw 7d of the joiner 7.

Therefore, in the above embodiment, the back side protrusion 6 of the other base material 1 is fitted into the groove 8 of one base material 1, and the moisture-proof claw 7d of the joiner 7 is inserted into the back side protrusion 6. By doing this, both base materials 1, 1 are joined, so that the moisture-proof claw 7
d is inserted into the back side protrusion 6 in close contact with it while destroying its tissue, so moisture from the surface of the base material is easily blocked by the tightly inserted state of the moisture-proof claw 7d and the back side protrusion 6, and the base material is There is almost no intrusion into the back side of the material, significantly improving moisture resistance, and the construction of moisture-proof joints can be completed at the same time as the actual joint construction. Moisture-proof bonding can be carried out efficiently without the need to do so.

Furthermore, since the surface appearance of the base material 1 is not damaged by putting putty or applying joint tape, a decorative layer 2 is provided by applying a decorative sheet or painting to the surface of the base material 1 when preparing the panel A1. Even if it is a decorative board, it can be easily installed without damaging its surface appearance, and the workability can be further improved.

As explained above, according to the present invention, a plate-like base material having a back side stepped portion on one end and a front side stepped portion on the front side of the other end, and a T-shaped cross section. The joiner has a moisture-proof claw protruding to one side in the middle of the web, and the web of the joiner and one end of the flange are respectively fixed to the wall surface of the step on the back side of the plate-shaped base material and the back surface of the plate-shaped base material to form the moisture-proof claw. A plurality of plate-like objects are formed by protruding outward, and the end face of the protruding part formed on the back side by the shape of the step on the front side of another plate-like object adjacent to which the moisture-proof claw of the plate-like object is installed. By puncturing and joining, it is possible to perform moisture-proof joint construction at the same time as the joining work without requiring separate putty filling or joint tape application as in the past, which significantly improves workability. The moisture-proof joint structure with excellent moisture-proof properties can be provided because the moisture-proof claw and the protrusion are inserted in close contact to prevent moisture from entering.

また、板状基材の表面に予め化粧層を設けておいても、
