からなり、ワンウエイバルブ４，５をそなえた包
装材３で密封してなることを特徴とする食品包装

ム４３と小孔４２を有するバルブ本体４１との間
に少量の液体層を設け、小孔４２を通して包装材
３内部から加わる水蒸気および空気の圧力に対し
てはバルブフイルム４３がバルブ本体４１からわ
ずか離れてその通過を許し、外部からの空気の圧
力に対してはバルブフイルム４３がバルブ本体４
１に密着して通過させないように構成したワンウ
エイバルブ４を使用した実用新案登録請求の範囲
第１項に記載の食品包装体１。 (3) 小孔５２を有するバルブ基材５１上に、バ
ルブフイルム５３、相対向する２個の半月形の接
合板５４を重ねて接合板部分で積層し、かつバル
ブフイルム５３とバルブ基材５１との間に少量の

からわずか離れてその通過を許し、外部からの空
