号と基準電圧回路よりの基準電圧信号とに基いた
動作信号を前記スイツチ回路に供給して前記主コ
ンデンサの充電電圧を定電圧化する比較回路とを
有し、 前記検出回路よりの検出信号または前記基準電
圧回路よりの基準電圧信号は、環境温度が低くな
るに従つて前記主コンデンサの充電電圧を高くす
