２を設け、このユグチストツパー１２の操作用腕
部２１をパネル１４側面に設けた側面穴部２０よ
り突出させると共に、パネル１４のユグチストツ
パー１２摺動面にこのユグチストツパー１２が乗
りこえて摺動可能な凸状山部２３を設け、ユグチ
ストツパー１２が凸状山部２３を乗りこえ摺動し
た時、前記凹凸面１３との当接付勢支持を解除し
パネル１４から吐出口カバー１１を放せるように
