Claims (1)
- 合成樹脂成形用等の金型の加熱、冷却に用いる
カートリツジヒータやヒートパイプに代表される
温調用素子において、金型温調孔と接触する側面
外殻を金属の二層構造とし、内側の金属部分には
テーパを設けて円錐もしくは円錐の一部の形状と
し、該内側金属の外側に内側金層と密着して内側
金属より強度、硬度が低く、変形の容易な弾性金
属筒を内側は該内側金属と同一のテーパとし、外
側は金型挿入口に挿入可能な円筒形状として設け
、該弾性金属筒は、該内側金属の円錐頂点側に該
内側金属より延長して設け、且つ、該内側金属が
該弾性金属筒に対し、外力により摺動可能である
ように設けたことを特徴とする金型温調素子。
