Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 発熱体が直接的に固定される平板状のシー
ト部と、内部に熱媒体を封入する通路が設けられ
たパス部とを、一体的に、かつシート部およびパ
ス部の片面を同一平面上に配置したアルミ押出型
材で形成した平板状ヒートパイプを、略ループ状
に湾曲させ、平板状ヒートパイプの両端を単一の
ヘツダ管で連通したことを特徴とする平板状ヒー
トパイプ製のヒートシンク。 (2) ヘツダ管はループ状の平板状ヒートパイプ
の下端部に配置されている実用新案登録請求の範
囲第１項記載の平板状ヒートパイプ製のヒートシ
ンク。
