……引出端子、６……ハンダ、７……導出部近傍
、８……ガラス層、９……外装樹脂層。

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 電子部品素体と、該素体に形成した電極と
、該電極にハンダを介して取着した引出端子と、
該引出端子の導出部近傍と前記素体および前記ハ
ンダを含む電極全面を被覆したガラス層と、該ガ
ラス層上に形成した外装樹脂層とを具備した樹脂
外装形電子部品。 (2) ガラス層がシリカ、シリカとアルミ、シリ
カとジルコニウムまたはシリカと鉄を主成分とす
るアルコキシドから形成されたことを特徴とする
実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の樹脂外装
形電子部品。
