することになり、設計どうりの調理物焙焼分布が
得られず、この反射板固定位置のバラツキを極少
におさえることが重要であつた。

る内筐体はオーブン室13の左右両側壁を形成す
る右フレーム15及び左フレーム14と後壁を形
成する後面反射板16が一体形成されている。こ
の後面反射板16を構成する上部反射面及び下部
反射面はフレームより直接継ながれておらず自由
に折曲できるごとくなつており内方向に傾斜した
反射面を有する中央部反射面、すなわち右フレー
ム15と左フレーム14との継なぎ部17は上方
が前方へ傾斜した傾斜反射面を持つように折曲形
成されている。右フレーム15及び左フレーム1
4はほぼ対称的に形成され上端には上ヒーターを
保持する切欠18、ほぼ中央部には焼網11が保
持される長穴19、その下には下ヒーター29が
保持される穴20が形成され、更に下端より外方
へ折曲した張出し部21が設けられ右フレーム1

わる点を通つて左右のフレーム14,15の傾斜
角と平行になるように求めた線より後面反射板部
