This guard is usually provided so as to be openable and closable with respect to the front opening of the main body using one side as a pivot, and various structures are used as means for fixing the guard in the closed state.

There are some types that fix the guard to the main body side due to its elasticity. However, with this structure, the guard spring is a separate part from the guard, which increases the parts and processing costs. Also, when cleaning or otherwise maintaining the stove, there is a risk of injury from touching the edge of the guard spring. There is a risk. Furthermore, the guard spring itself is easily deformed and may lose its fixing function at an early stage.

However, this structure requires an extra hole in the lower reflector, and the area around the hole is likely to be damaged due to contact with the lower end of the vertical member during opening and closing operations. moreover,
Since the upper end of this vertical member is only in pressure contact with the reflective plate, there is a problem that it easily deforms if it is pulled strongly towards you.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention provides a guard device for a reflective stove in which a guard is attached to the front opening of the main body opposite to a heat generating part provided in the main body so as to be openable and closable. Vertical members provided parallel to each section,
It is composed of a plurality of horizontal members provided between these vertical members, and the upper and lower ends of one of the vertical members are attached to the main body,
This one vertical member is positioned so as to be tilted in the front-rear direction of the main body, and a pivot support is provided to rotatably support the other vertical member. Provides a locking part that locks at a position that is almost perpendicular to the front-back direction of the main body,
In addition, the length of this other vertical member is set to a length that creates a gap between its lower end and the main body.

The upper shaft support 31 is formed by bending the front part (left side in FIG. 3) of the top plate 12 of the main body 11 into the main body 11.
3 and a lower pivot support 32
is formed on the lower reflecting plate 22. and,
The upper end of one vertical member 27 of the guard 24 is inserted into the upper shaft support 31, and with the entire guard 24 raised, the lower end of the vertical member 27 is inserted into the lower shaft support 32, and the engagement piece 30 is engaged with the upper edge of the lower pivot support 32, so that one vertical member 27 is pivotably supported. In addition, these upper and lower shaft supports 3
1 and 32 are provided so as to be displaced by a dimension H in the front-rear direction of the main body 11. That is, the upper shaft support 31 is located forward of the lower shaft support 32 by a distance H. This allows one vertical member 27

First, insert its upper end into the upper shaft support 31,
The lower end is then inserted into the lower pivot support 32. In this case, the angle is set so that the lower engagement piece 30a faces the recess 32a. This operation is performed because the recess 32a is formed in the lower shaft support 32,
Since the user can visually see the recess 32a from a comfortable posture, the user can easily adjust the angle. In this state, when the vertical member 27 is lowered, its lower end is inserted into the lower shaft support 32, and the upper engagement piece 30b
As shown in FIG. 5, the vertical member 27 is locked by coming into contact with the lower reflecting plate 22, and in this state, the vertical member 27 is rotatably supported in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure.

It is fixed with a wire, but because it gets hot during use, it is enamel-processed. As described above, when enamel processing is performed, the enamel may remain at the lower end of the edge 14, and uneven gaps and mounting gaps may occur at the portion in contact with the side plate 15, resulting in an unsightly appearance. arise.

When assembling, the inside of the edge portion 14 is fitted onto the outer surface of the stepped portion 16, and the outer surface of the arcuate portion 17 is aligned with the inner surface of the corner of the top plate 12. Furthermore, a gap x of approximately 0.5 to 1 mm is set in advance between the lower end of the edge portion 14 and the stepped portion 16 in terms of design.
In this way, even if the enamel is stuck at the lower end of the edge 14, it is possible to avoid the unsightly uneven gaps and installation looseness in the assembled state described above.

When 4 is alone, the vertical members 27 and 28 on both sides are formed parallel to each other, so when the guard 24 is closed to the front opening of the main body 11, one of the vertical members 27, which serves as a support shaft, is parallel to the main body 11. 11, and the other vertical member 28 is vertically engaged with the locking portion 18 of the main body 11, so that the entire guard 24 is An elastic force is generated that tends to make the longitudinal member 28 parallel to one of the inclined longitudinal members 27. Therefore, due to this elasticity, the upper end of the other vertical member 28 is reliably locked to the locking portion 18 at the edge 13 on the main body 11 side. Further, the engagement protrusion 35 on the side part is connected to the other vertical member 2.
Due to the above-mentioned elasticity acting on
3a, the other vertical member 28 is prevented from entering too much into the main body 11, and the guard 24 is reliably attached to the main body 11 side. By bending the engaging protrusion 35 into a U-shape, the end edge 23a of the reflecting plate 23 comes into contact with the side surface of the wire rod, and the end edge 23a may be deformed or damaged even by pressure contact. As described above, according to the present invention, when closing the guard to the front opening of the main body, one of the vertical members formed in parallel on both sides, which serves as the support shaft, supports the main body's axis. The upper end of the guard is locked to the locking part of the main body so that the other vertical member is tilted in the front and back direction, and the other vertical member is vertical. An elastic force is generated to cause the upper end of the other vertical member to be securely locked to the locking part on the main body side.
The guard can be securely fixed to the main body without rattling. In addition, there is no need to use separate parts such as guard springs as in the past, the number of parts is reduced, and the structure is simple, making it easy to assemble, looks good, and is easy to clean. There is no need to cut your hand due to the guard spring, which improves safety and appearance. Furthermore, unlike conventional guard springs, there is no need to worry about deformation, so it can provide a reliable fixing function over a long period of time. Furthermore, since the guard itself does not need to be deformed, it can be made with a simple shape, and parts management becomes easy.

The main body includes a longitudinal member with a vertical member and a plurality of horizontal members provided between these longitudinal members, and the main body has upper and lower ends of one of the longitudinal members, and this one vertical member is inclined in the front-rear direction of the main body. A shaft support is provided for positioning and rotatably supporting the shaft, and the upper end of the other vertical member is positioned at a position where the other vertical member is approximately perpendicular to the front-rear direction of the main body when the guard is closed. What is claimed is: 1. A guard device for a reflective stove, characterized in that a locking portion is provided, and the length of the other vertical member is set to a length that creates a gap between its lower end and the main body.
