Claims (1)
- 常温部分から低温部分への電流を供給する電流
導線において、導電性の金属からなる円筒、金網
、前記円筒の内径寸法と略同一のリング状で、一
部を分割したスペーサ、前記金網と前記スペーサ
の外縁部に半用を流し込んでペレツトとし、この
ペレツトを多数個、前記円筒の内面に挿入し、加
熱して一体化したことを特徴とする電流導体。
