みに回転させるよう動作するローラクラツチと、
前記帯ブレーキの上方でブレーキドラムの上平面
部に位置しブレーキドラムの溝部に固定された環
状リブを有する仕切部材を有し、前記仕切部材の
環状リブの高さを前記ローラクラツチおよびクラ
ツチハウジングの下端面より高くしたことを特徴
