Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate molding mottles and offer a molding product of good finish by injecting the molten molding material into the sand mold molded out of sand solidified with resin and exhausting air within the supporting frame. CONSTITUTION:The supporting frame 11 supports the sand mold for molding 10 so as to increase the strength and maintain the interior of supporting frame 11 airtight. The supporting frame 11 can be divided into two areas, the fixed platen side and the movable platen side, with the parting line A-A. In the sand mold 10A on the fixed side supported with the supporting frame 11A, the runner component 12 connecting the nozzle 8 and the cavity 10a of sand mold 10 are provided. The cavity side 11A and one side of movable platen side 11B of the supporting frame 11 are connected to the vacuum pumps 15 and 15 through the valves 14 and 14, while the other side is connected to the outside atmosphere through the valves 16 and 16.
