前記首部の開口端を閉塞するボンネツトと、この
ボンネツトに気密に固定され駆動気体の導入口を
有する圧力ケースと、前記ボンネツトの貫通孔に
進退自在に遊装されて前記圧力ケース内から首部
内へ延び前記弁部に臨む内弁を先端部に備えた弁
軸と、この弁軸と同心の円筒状に形成されて前記
圧力ケース内に収納され両側開口端を前記ボンネ
ツトと弁軸先端部側とにそれぞれ気密に支持され
た受圧用ベローズと、この受圧用ベローズの外側
に配置され両端を前記ボンネツト側と弁軸先端部
側とにそれぞれ支持された圧縮コイルばねと、前
記首部内に臨む前記弁軸を囲んで両端を前記ボン
ネツトと弁軸側とにそれぞれ液密に固定されその
内部と前記受圧用ベローズ内部および前記貫通孔
とで密封室を形成する軸封用ベローズと、前記密
封室内と前記圧力ケース外とを連通させる外部導
出口と、前記圧力ケース内に収納され圧力ケース
外のフイードバツク装置と電気接続された弁軸位
置検出手段とを設けたことを特徴とする低温流体
