結果、食品添加物として認められているプロピレングリ
コールモノ脂肪酸エステルの中で特定のプロピレングリ
コールモノ脂肪酸エステルが、これらの問題点を解決し

16以上の直鎖状飽和高級脂肪酸が少量含まれていても
問題はなく、例えば天然油脂からのヤシ油脂肪酸、大豆
