ある。 １０，２０，３０：被取付体、１１，２１，３
１：壁面、１２：水中振動弁、１２ａ：ねじ軸、
１３：ボルト締め振動子、１３ａ：ホーン部、１
４，１５：Ｏリング、Ｇ１，Ｇ２：間隔。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 被取付体の壁面を介して互いに連結する水
中振動弁並びにボルト締め振動子と壁面との各対
向面間にＯリングを介装することにより間隔を保
持し、しかも各間隔内を水密に固定したことを特
徴とする超音波洗浄装置。 (2) 上記水中振動弁が、弁本体と一体に成形し
たねじ軸をボルト締め振動子のホーン部に螺着す
ることによりボルト締め振動子と連結されている
ところの実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の超
音波洗浄装置。
