可能に内接させて上方に延びた筒状の塗布具軸３

記シリンダー２に内接する筒状ピストン１１に形

反する方向に付勢された筒状のピストン付き部材
５と、上端筒部を前記塗布具軸３またはピストン
付き部材５内面に固定して弾性圧縮板部１４を垂
下し、この板部１４下方に前記弁座１２に圧接し
て吐出弁１５を形成する弁体１６を設けた弁体付
