To explain the conventional technology in more detail, 70% of colored paint is applied to a steel plate.
- Decorative steel plate coated with a clear coating that is painted using a method such as a coater method and then printed using a method such as gravure offset printing (
Decorative steel sheets (referred to as lamination method) are known, such as a colored plastic film printed using a gravure method or the like and laminated onto a steel plate. When these decorative steel sheets are used in products that require perforation, the holes are usually punched using a method such as a mold press after the decorative steel sheet is manufactured. These steel sheets are often made of galvanized steel sheets or other steel sheets that do not have a rust-preventing effect on the cross section, but drilling holes exposes the cross section of the steel sheet at the end of the section, resulting in an unsightly appearance. It is not good and has no rust prevention effect. Figure 3 is a plan view of a decorative board according to the prior art;
The A-A' cross-sectional explanatory diagram of the figure is shown in Fig. 4. In Figs. 3 and 4, 1 is the steel plate, 2 is the brimer paint, 3 is the four-color paint, 4 is the printing ink, and 5 is the clear paint. In the paint, a stands for the hole. This is the case with the above-mentioned painting method. In the laminating method, 2 is an adhesive, 3 is a colored plastic film, and 5 is a clear plastic film or clear paint.

Next, the design is printed on the perforated and painted steel plate.There are several methods for direct printing such as gravure offset printing, offset printing, flexo printing, and silk screen printing, but gravure offset printing, Both offset printing and flexographic printing are extremely difficult to print because wet ink stains the rollers and other parts where the holes are made. Furthermore, silk screen printing does not produce a beautiful printing effect with gradation. For this reason, we used a transfer method to attach the pattern, and the gravure-printed transfer paper was brought into close contact with the perforated and painted steel plate, and only the printing ink was transferred by applying heat and pressure. Because the ink remains, the receiver does not stain the rollers, etc., and the hole in the steel plate has a pattern all the way to the edge, and the decorative plate has a beautiful appearance and rust prevention effect on the hole area. became.

FIG. 1 is an explanatory diagram of the new surface of the decorative steel sheet according to the present invention.
is a steel plate base material, such as a galvanized steel plate, which does not have a self-rust prevention effect on the cross section, and uses steel plates that have been given a rust prevention effect by chemical conversion treatments such as galvanization, chromic acid treatment, and phosphate treatment on the top and bottom surfaces. Holes are made in the necessary locations for the final product using methods such as mold pressing or chemical etching. Since oil and fat and steel plate pieces adhere to the steel plate that has been opened, degreasing is absolutely necessary. For this purpose, the usual method of washing with trichlene or alkaline chemicals is used. Reference numeral 7 is an ordinary brimer paint that serves to strengthen the adhesion between the steel plate 6 and the colored paint 8, and is also coated with a paint that has a rust-preventing effect. The paint used is a resin-based paint such as lboxy-based or vinyl chloride-based paint mixed with powders such as aluminum, iron oxide, zinc, etc.
