トカラー摺接部に上下方向に延びる長孔を設け、

カラーに配設し、前記チルトカラーのそれぞれの
内側面におけるボルト部材に一端面が該チルトカ
ラーの内側面に摺接し他端面に凹凸形状が形成さ
れたカム部材を回転不能且つ軸方向に移動可能に
それぞれ配設し、該それぞれのカム部材の凹凸形
状に摺接する凹凸形状が両端に形成された回動カ
ム部材を前記ボルト部材に回動自在に設け、該回
動カム部材に回動カム部材回動用レバーを固設し
