ムの長手方向と平行なフツク部を形成したスライ
デイングプレートを前記取付ブラケツトとステア
リングコラムブラケツト間に介装固定して、前記
フツク部を取付ブラケツトに形成した長溝内で且
つスライデイングプレートの取付位置からステア
リングギヤ方向へオフセツトした位置に、該長溝
内の側壁と所定の間隙を保持して嵌入したことを
