美しい外観を損なつていた。 Traditionally, ceiling materials for Japanese-style rooms have been made of long rectangular decorative plywood decorated with wood veneer or decorative paper, and a frame-shaped backing affixed to the back of the decorative plywood. ing. However, due to the difference in insulation properties (thermal flow resistance) between the part where the backing is attached and other parts, there is a temperature difference on the surface, and as a result, there is a lot of dirt and dust on the surface of the decorative plywood other than the part where the backing is attached. There was a problem that the marks of the backwoods were visible due to the adhesion of smoke and other substances. In particular, the traces of the horizontal rails on the back rails that were perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the ceiling material were becoming white and conspicuous, detracting from the beautiful appearance unique to Japanese architecture.

It may rot or stain.

In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a frame-shaped backing, and a long rectangular decorative plywood board 2 is pasted on the surface thereof. The back sill 1 is a vertical sill 1a along both longitudinal edges of the decorative plywood 2.
and a large number of horizontal rods 1b, which are made by interconnecting these vertical rods 1a. The decorative plywood 2 has a surface decorated with a wooden veneer, decorative paper, or the like. A resin sheet 4 having a large number of small through holes 3 is laid over the entire back surface of the decorative plywood 2, and is sandwiched between the resin sheet 4 and the backing 1. The resin sheet 4 is laid in a relaxed state. Through hole 3 in resin sheet 4
may be uniformly scattered over the entire surface or may be provided partially. The resin sheet 4 is made of soft vinyl chloride, acrylic, polyester, or other materials. The optimum diameter of the through hole 3 is about 10μ to 100μ.

る。 With this configuration, a heat-retaining air layer is provided on the back surface of the decorative plywood 2 by the resin sheet 4 in a slack state, and the heat insulation properties of the back surface of the decorative plywood 2 are improved. The resin sheet 4 is provided with through-holes 3, but the through-holes 3 may be of any size or number as long as they can prevent moisture build-up, which will be described later. Therefore, by appropriately selecting the size and number of the through holes 3 to the minimum, an air layer is created between the resin sheet 4 and the decorative plywood 2 in which it is difficult for air to enter or exit from the through holes 3 to the outside. This air layer has a heat retaining effect. On the other hand, an air layer is not formed in a certain part of the backing 1 because it is pressed down by the backing 1. Therefore, the temperature difference between the part on the surface of the decorative plywood 2 where the backing board 1 is attached and other parts is reduced, and the appearance of the backing board 1 due to adhesion of dust and the like is suppressed. Furthermore, since the through holes 3 are provided, dew condensation due to moisture buildup inside the resin sheet 4 is prevented, and the decorative plywood 2 is prevented from rotting and staining.

Both resin sheets 4 are arranged with a slight interval between them. The rest is the same as the first embodiment. When the resin sheet 4 is divided in this manner, the effect of preventing the backing 1 from being reflected is somewhat reduced, but the tension due to thermal expansion and contraction of the resin sheet 4 is not applied, and the strength is improved.

The unevenness of the resin sheet 4' may be shaped like peaks and valleys as shown in FIG. 6, or may be shaped like waves as shown in FIG. The material of the resin sheet 4' and the diameter of the through hole 3 are the same as those of the first embodiment.
In this way, by using the uneven resin sheet 4', a stable heat-insulating air layer can be obtained between the back surface of the decorative plywood 2 and the backing board 1 even in a non-sagging state, and the backing board 1 can be photographed more reliably. Prevention is obtained. Others are 1st
This is similar to the embodiment. Further, the uneven resin sheet 4' may be divided into two sheets as shown in FIG.

実施例と同様である。 FIGS. 9 and 10 show still other embodiments. In this example, the resin sheet 4'' has an annular projection 3a on the opening periphery of the through hole 3 on the decorative plywood 2 side.In this way, the annular projection 3a
As a result, even if the resin sheet 4'' is not loosened, a stable heat-insulating air layer can be obtained between the resin sheet 4'' and the decorative plywood 2, and the reflection of the backing 1 can be more reliably prevented. The annular protrusion 3a provided around the through hole 3 on the sheet 4'' is continuous in the circumferential direction, but since the back surface of the decorative plywood 2 has a large surface roughness, the annular protrusion 3a and the back surface of the decorative plywood 2 are A non-contact area is formed in between, and the outside air can be exposed to the air through the through hole 3 from that area. Therefore, appropriate dehumidification is achieved and there is no problem of condensation. The rest is the same as the first embodiment.

ができるという効果がある。 As mentioned above, the ceiling material of this invention is made by laying a resin sheet with perforations on the back side of the decorative plywood, so a heat-insulating air layer is created between the resin sheet and the back side of the decorative plywood. The insulation properties of plywood are improved, which eliminates surface temperature differences between parts.
It is possible to prevent the backing from being reflected due to local differences in the adhesion of dust, etc. In addition, there is no condensation due to moisture buildup, and rot and stains can be prevented.
