As the display sheet 1, thin color photographic paper with a thickness of 100 to 160 μm is used to prevent the occurrence of curling, and on the printed surface thereof, a person image 1a, a character image 1b representing personal information such as a name, etc. A graphic image IC is printed. The display sheet 1 uses a computer to synthesize (layout) a person's image photographed with a TV camera and a character image representing personal information such as name, age, etc., manually inputted using a computer, and displays this synthesized image on a CRT. It is created by printing on color photographic paper and developing it.

This frame sheet 2 is preferably approximately the same thickness as the display sheet 1 in order to make the card flat. A core sheet 3 is bonded to the lower surface of this frame sheet 2 in order to prevent the card from bending. This core sheet 3 is made of white polyvinyl chloride, and characters such as precautions are printed on the bottom surface of the core sheet 3.

And the display sheet 1 and the first oversheet 4 are bonded together with an adhesive 6.
Heat-seal the display sheet, and then use a punch cutter to punch it out, leaving a thin frame sheet around the display sheet. For mass production, a large frame sheet with multiple openings is used, and a display sheet is fitted into each opening.
A large-sized core sheet and two oversheets are layered and thermocompressed as described above, and then one piece or a plurality of pieces are simultaneously punched out using a punching cutter.

In order to achieve this, it is necessary to bond polyvinyl chloride, which is a polar polymer, and the display sheet l, which has a surface layer of a highly polar polymer containing hydrogen bonding components, by heat sealing (thermo-compression bonding). Toughness is also necessary in terms of physical characteristics. As the adhesive 6, a mixture of the following base polymer and a blend polymer is used. Usually, a combination of 95-50% of the base polymer and 5-50% of the blend polymer is used.

did. A roll of color photographic paper with a thickness of 0.15 fins was used as the display sheet, and 3 images were sequentially displayed on a CRT.
The various monochrome composite images were converted into single-color composite images of red, green, and blue using color filters, and the color images were printed using a three-color sequential exposure method. After the color photographic paper was developed and sufficiently dried, an adhesive was applied to the printed surface to a thickness of 0.01 mm. After this adhesive dries, the width is 75°61m and the m is 44mm.
I punched it out.

As the 4% by weight frame sheet, a white polyvinyl chloride sheet with a width of 75.6 m and a length of 44 dragon openings and a thickness of 0.2 mm was used, and the display sheet was fitted into this opening. It was crowded. A white polyvinyl chloride core sheet with a thickness of Q and '1 was superimposed on the lower surface of this frame sheet. A first oversheet of transparent polyvinyl chloride with a thickness of 0.2 mm is superimposed on the upper surface of the frame sheet, and a second oversheet of transparent polyvinyl chloride with a thickness of 0.2 mm is overlaid on the lower surface of the core sheet. layered.

In this thermocompression bonding, the press pressure is 15 to 20 kg/cnl, the temperature is 140 to 150°C, and the time is 3 to 4 minutes. After this thermocompression bonding, the card was cooled to room temperature and then taken out together with the ferroplate. After this thermocompression bonding, using a punching machine, a frame sheet having a width of 51 mm and a width of 85 mm is used to surround the display sheet. I used im to punch out 54 cranes vertically and completed the photo card.

Since the core sheet is inserted into the frame and the core sheet is bonded to the bottom, and the oversheet is bonded to both sides of the core sheet and the frame sheet, it is possible to create cards efficiently, and since the frame sheet is used, the entire card is flat. Furthermore, since the core sheet is interposed, it is strong and there is no risk of bending.

This prevents air from entering the image and prevents forgeries such as cutting out and replacing only the human image.
