【考案の詳細な説明】
（考案の技術分野）
本考案は、情報用に限らず一般に汎く用いられ

（考案が解決しようとする問題点）
従来のセンターコアシートの材質として塩化ビ
ニル重合体、塩化ビニルと酢酸ビニルの共重合体
等であつた為に折れや歪みが発生し易く、例えば
磁気カードやバーコードカード、ICカード、各
種チツプインカードのときは各データのインター
フエースと合致しなくなり読み取りや書き込みが
出きなくなり、またはデータ自体が失なわれ、
各々の目的に沿つたカードとしての働きが出来な
