うにした薄膜形成装置のワーク搬送装置において

対の凹溝1aを上記定盤1に備える一方、 上記定盤1の各側部に上下動自在に配置された
ブラケツト8と、該各ブラケツト8に備えられた
複数のプーリー4,5,6,7と、該プーリー4
,5,6,7に懸架支持されてワーク搬送方向A
沿いに上記定盤1の周囲を走行するワーク搬送ワ
イヤ3とを有する搬送コンベヤ25,25と、上
記ブラケツト8に固定され上記搬送ワイヤ3を回
転駆動する搬送ワイヤ駆動装置10と、少なくと
も1の上記プーリー5を上記ブラケツト8に対し
て移動させて上記搬送ワイヤ3の張力を調節する
張力調節装置16,8aと、上記一対のブラケツ
ト8,8を上記定盤1に対して同期させて上端位
置Bと下端位置Cとの間で上下動させる上下駆動
装置15とを備えて、 上記ブラケツト8の上端位置Bで各搬送ワイヤ
