BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, hot water has been obtained by placing a simple water heater in a garden or the like, which consists of a heat collecting pipe made of rubber or synthetic resin wound into a spiral shape and water passing through the pipe. However, in such a water heater, since the heat collecting pipe is exposed to the outside, it is impossible to prevent solar heat absorbed by the pipe from being radiated from the same heat collecting pipe. In addition, the heat collection efficiency is not very good because no special consideration has been made to the receiving angle of the water heater that is suitable for the direction of solar heat irradiation. For this reason, the above-mentioned water heaters are used only in the summer when sunlight is strong, and it is not possible to obtain hot water that is sufficiently warm in the winter.
Moreover, if the heat collection pipe is in direct contact with the outside air as described above, sand, dirt, etc. will adhere to the surface of the pipe, and the heat absorption surface will become dirty, significantly reducing the heat collection efficiency. To do this, the surface of the heat collecting pipe, which appears as an uneven surface, must be wiped, making cleaning work extremely troublesome. Furthermore, if heat collecting pipes are exposed to wind, rain, sand, dust, etc., the pipes themselves will deteriorate more quickly and be easily damaged, which can lead to water leakage. As described above, conventional simple water heaters have the disadvantage that they can only be used in the summer due to their low heat collection efficiency, and require complicated maintenance work.

In the figure, symbol A indicates a solar water heater.
This water heater A has a truncated conical frame 1.
A heat collecting pipe 2 is spirally wound around the outside of the heat collecting pipe 2, and the outside of the heat collecting pipe 2 is further covered with a surface cover sheet 3, and a lid 4 is disposed at the top.
The frame 1 is formed into a truncated cone shape by connecting upper and lower circular frame members 1a and 1a' having different diameters with a plurality of vertical frame members 1b at regular intervals. Upper and lower parts and vertical frame material 1
It is sufficient that a, 1a' and 1b are made of metal shapes such as aluminum or iron, and these frame members can be easily connected using known joints.
Note that the upper and lower frame members 1a and 1a' do not necessarily have to be perfectly circular, but may be oval, hexagonal, or 8
It may be rectangular or the like. The heat collection pipe 2 that is wound around the frame 1 has good heat absorption properties, can be wrapped around the frame 1, and has enough flexibility and elasticity that the internal space will not be blocked when it is wrapped. Usually, a black pipe made of synthetic resin such as polyethylene or synthetic rubber is sufficient. The above heat collecting pipe 2 is attached to the frame 1
To attach it to the top, it is sufficient to sequentially roll it up from the base of the frame 1.

Next, the vertical frame material 1b is placed on the outside of the heat collecting pipe 2.
A cover fixing member 5 is arranged along. This cover fixing member 5 is a hollow body made of an extruded shape of aluminum or its alloy, and has a groove 5a opened in the longitudinal direction on its outer surface. This groove 5
The opening end of a is configured to be narrower than the inside of the groove. The cover fixing member 5 is brought into contact with the outer ends of holding pieces 6, 6 which are protrudingly attached to the upper and lower ends of the vertical frame member 1b, and is held by a stopper 7 at a certain distance in the vertical direction. It is fixed to the vertical frame member 1b. The stopper 7 is a thin band-like member whose center is wrapped around the vertical frame member 1b, and whose ends are fixed to both sides of the cover fixing member 5 with screws. In this way, since the cover fixing member 5 is attached to the vertical frame member 1b via the holding piece 6,
The heat collecting pipe 2 wound around the outside of the vertical frame member 1b is not deformed by being pressed by the cover fixing member 5. Therefore, a heat medium such as water can pass through the heat collecting pipe 2 smoothly.

Note that the cover fixing material 5 only needs to be disposed on the outside of the heat collecting pipe 2, and is not necessarily limited to the side fixed to the vertical frame material 1b as described above. For example, it may be fixed to the upper and lower frame members 1a, 1a' through appropriate joints in the same manner as the vertical frame member 1b. In this case as well, it is of course desirable to attach the cover fixing material 5 so that it does not come into direct contact with the heat collecting pipe 2.

A surface cover sheet 3 is arranged around the .
The surface cover sheet 3 is a translucent sheet made of synthetic resin film or the like, and is press-fitted together with a rod-shaped elastic push-in member 9 into a groove 5a formed on the outer surface of the cover fixing member 5 and stretched. . The elastic pushing member 9 is a hollow rod-shaped elastic body having a diameter slightly larger than the opening width of the groove 5a, and is usually made of synthetic resin or synthetic rubber. Such a pushing member 9 can push and hold the front cover sheet 3 into the groove 5a without using special attachment means, and since its diameter is larger than the opening width of the groove 5a, it can be easily inserted. will not come off from the groove 5a.

Next, a heat insulator 14 is also provided inside the heat collecting pipe 2. This prevents heat radiation from the heat collecting pipe 2 to the inside, thereby further improving the heat collecting efficiency. In this case, a short holding plate 13 is fixed to the back surface of the vertical frame material 1b by screws, welding, etc., and extends from both sides of the frame material 1b, and a heat insulating material 14 made of glass wool or the like is attached to the projecting portion 13a. All you have to do is keep it. In this case, it is convenient if the vertical frame member 1'b is configured to have an H-shaped cross section as shown in FIG. 4, since the heat insulator 14 can be held at the flange portion 13'a.

In addition, since the above-mentioned water heater A has a truncated conical shape, it can efficiently receive solar heat, but
It is preferable that the angle of the light-receiving surface, that is, the angle θ formed by the lower end surface of the water heater and the vertical frame member 1b, is set to about 60 degrees. For example, in Tokyo, the altitude of the sun in winter is approximately 32 degrees. Therefore, if the light receiving angle is set to around 60 degrees, sunlight will be irradiated approximately perpendicularly to the light receiving surface, allowing the most efficient heat collection. Furthermore, even when comparing the solar altitude with areas other than Tokyo, the difference in altitude during winter is small, so an angle of around 60 degrees for the light receiving surface is sufficient. In the summer, the amount of sunlight irradiated is much greater than in the winter, so you can get enough hot water. Furthermore, since the light-receiving surface is provided over 360 degrees, scattered solar radiation can also be used effectively.

The amount of washing water used in the kitchen in the morning in a typical household is 10 to 15, so the above size is sufficient. Also, when supplying hot water to a bathtub, connect one end of the heat collection pipe to the water faucet and connect the other end to the water faucet. If the end is opened into the bathtub and the amount of water supplied from the tap is reduced, the water will be sufficiently warmed within the heat collecting pipe and will be directly supplied into the bathtub. In addition,
Even with the same water heater, the overall capacity can be increased by increasing the diameter of the heat collection pipe.

As explained in detail above, the solar water heater according to the present invention has a very simple structure and can be easily assembled even by non-experts, and the disassembly of the water heater is the reverse of the assembly described above. For example, if a part of the front cover sheet is damaged and needs to be replaced, follow the steps above to pull out the pushing member from the groove, remove the front cover sheet, and install a new front cover. The sheet can be re-upholstered by pushing the sheet into the groove of the fixing member again together with the pushing member. Therefore, dismantling or repairing the water heater is easy. In addition, since the heat collecting pipe is covered with a surface cover sheet, sand, dust, etc. only adhere to the surface cover sheet, and such deposits can be removed by spraying water onto the right cover sheet. It can be easily removed. The heat collection pipes are protected from wind, rain, dust, etc., so deterioration is kept to a minimum.
There is almost no risk of damage, and durability is greatly improved. Furthermore, since the solar water heater according to the present invention has a truncated conical shape, it has a light-receiving surface that is effective against sunlight irradiation from any direction. Heat can be effectively collected even from solar radiation, and since an insulating air layer is formed on the outside of the heat collection pipe and a heat insulating material is placed on the inside, heat radiation from the heat collection pipe is prevented, and the heat collection efficiency is improved. Significantly improved. Therefore,
You can get enough hot water even in winter.
