Abstract

PURPOSE:To achieve a computing accuracy, by averaging remaining output voltages except for initial several and those within an initial prescribed time at respective measurement among moisture voltages obtained by electric conversion of a resistance value to draw the subsequent output voltage except a specified range. CONSTITUTION:A watermeter 1 is attached to a lift 2 of a circulation type dryer and an intake section 4 is connected to an opening 3 of a wall of the lift 2. The dryer comprises a single particle feeding mechanism 5 and a return section 8 which returns a watermeter body section 7 and overflow particles and crushed particles and the like. this mechanism 5 and the roll 6 are driven with a motor 9 and when given a drive signal, the motor 9 is reversed to send out the particles left at the mechanism 5 and on the roll 6 when a measurement is ended. Then, the roll 6 starts to turn forward to deliver specific particles taken in from the opening 3 one at a time from a retention section of the mechanism 5 to be guided onto the roll 6. The subsequent output voltages except for a specified range are averaged and taken, thereby improving computing accuracy.

While the dryer is operating, the moisture value is measured at certain intervals in order to determine the degree of dryness. One unit (for example, one grain) of the measured position is crushed and the resistance value between the electrodes is converted into moisture. A common method is to measure multiple units and average them.

For example, when measuring moisture by reading the resistance value while crushing each grain with a pair of crushing electrode rolls, this is repeated at regular intervals, so the previously measured grains may remain crushed and attached to the roll surface, or If the data remains on the pair of crushing electrode rolls and a new measurement is to be performed, these data are output first, impairing measurement accuracy.

When converting the moisture value from the resistance value obtained by sequentially crushing multiple units of measurement grains in a certain period, the output voltage at the start of each measurement is excluded from a specific range, and the subsequent output is considered as the regular output voltage. It is taken in and processed by arithmetic processing.

Further, the arithmetic control unit 10 calculates the moisture value of each measured grain, counts a predetermined number of grains (16 grains), calculates their average value, outputs a signal to the display unit 13, and also starts the motor 9. , stop, forward/reverse timing signals are output.

During the drying operation, when a drive signal is given to the motor 9 of the moisture meter, the motor 9 first reverses, and the grain remains on the feed mechanism 5 and the electrode roll 6.6 at the end of the previous measurement. Send the measured particles outward. Next, the normal rotation is started, and the measurement grains taken in from the opening 3 of the elevator 2 are transferred from the retention part of the grain feeding mechanism 5 to one grain.
The particles are fed out one by one and guided onto the electrodes 6 and 6.
The measured grains reaching 6.6 parts by the upper electrode roll are crushed by the circumference I difference, the resistance value at that time is converted to R/V, and then A
/D conversion is carried out and taken into the arithmetic control unit 10, where it is converted into a moisture value.

By the way, in the above embodiment, even if there is a voltage output for a specified period of time immediately after the motor 9 starts normal rotation (the electrode roll 6.6 starts normal rotation), after removing it, the average It starts counting the number of grains to be measured, and the first few times are not captured as data and are considered invalid. Therefore, even if the measured particles from the previous measurement adhere and remain, the correct measured particles are taken in by the reverse rotation or the scraping action of the cleaning brush 14.14, and then they are considered valid data, so the measurement accuracy will improve.

In addition, in addition to the previously measured grains, legitimately measured grains may be judged as invalid, but since the measured grains are taken in one after another, a predetermined number of grains (16 grains) are counted, and the motor 9 is stopped, the moisture value cannot be determined. There is no problem with calculation processing.

In this embodiment, the output voltage is removed for a specified time after the motor 9 or the electrode roll 6.6 starts regular rotation.
It is also possible to adopt a configuration in which this is not detected and taken in as data in advance.

In addition, if the motor 9 is stopped and controlled by detecting that the output voltage of the final measured grain in each cycle is below a specified value, the moisture value of the electrode roll or each measured grain can be controlled to stop the motor 9. Calculate the dispersion value from the value obtained by arithmetic processing, and if the dispersion value is large, set the number of measured grains to be larger than the specified number of grains (for example, 16 grains) (32 grains), and vice versa. By setting this to the specified number of grains (16 grains) or smaller (8 grains), the accuracy of the average moisture value calculation result can be improved. Alternatively, accurate moisture values can be calculated using a small number of samples.

In this example, one grain is regarded as one unit, and the resistance is measured for each grain and converted into a moisture value. However, one unit may also be a fixed number of two or more grains, or divided grains. good.
