鋼材表面に有するPCストランドが、可撓性およ
び滑性を有する合成樹脂材からなるシース内に滑
動自在に挿通されたシース入りPCストランドを
コンクリート内に埋設し、前記樹脂被覆層を有す
るPCストランドの端部を該コンクリートのPC
ストランド定着端部に設けた支圧板より導出させ
て、該支圧板に支持された雌コーン内に貫通させ
るとともに、該PCストランドの端部を被覆層の
外側より包囲して前記雌コーン内に圧入され、か
つ根元部を前記ストランドの樹脂被覆層に当接さ
せつつその先端部を該樹脂被覆層を貫通させてP
C鋼材表層にくい込ませる先鋭な突起が内面周方
向に形成された楔状の複数割雄コーンによつて定
