Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ リムＲを厚肉な円輪体に鋳造されたリヤーリ
ムＲ２と、比較的薄肉な金属板から中空室Ｓを有
する円輪体に塑性変形されたフロントリムＲ１と
に分割して、両リムＲ１，Ｒ２をその切り離し端
部同志で重ね合わせることにより、リムＲのウエ
ル部２４を画定すると共に、その重ね合わされた
ウエル部２４において、ホイールデイスクＤの外
周面へリムＲを溶接や接着などにより固着一体化
したことを特徴とする自動車用ホイール。 ２ リヤーリムＲ２の切り離し一端部ａを、フロ
ントリムＲ１の切り離し両端部ｂ，ｃによつて挾
む状態に重ね合わせると共に、そのフロントリム
Ｒ１の内周面をデイスクＤの外周面により、全面
的に支承したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
の範囲・第１項記載の自動車用ホイール。 ３ フロントリムＲ１の中空室Ｓを、発泡材やハ
ニカム材などの軽量な充填材２６により細分した
ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲・第１
項記載の自動車用ホイール。 ４ フロントリムＲ１の中空室Ｓ内にエヤーを封
入したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
・第１項記載の自動車用ホイール。
