Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 雌雄一対の成形品のうち、一方の成形型に沿
つて表皮材の真空成形を行つた後、他方の成形型
と表皮材との間に形成される型窩内で発泡成形を
行う、表皮材同時成形用の成形型において、他方
の成形型に形成する蒸気孔の形成密度が、型窩の
外周辺で中央部分よりも高くなるように形成して
いることを特徴とする表皮材同時成形用の成形型
。 ２ 発泡成形を行う他方の成形型としては、蒸気
孔の背面に形成した蒸気室に、排気装置を取付け
ている上記実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
表皮材同時成形用の成形型。 ３ 発泡成形を行う他方の成形型としては、蒸気
孔の背面に形成した蒸気室に、真空吸引配管を取
付けている上記実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
載の表皮材同時成形用の成形型。
