を備えた射出成形機の要部を示す説明図であり、
第2図は第1図の成形型の要部を示す断面説明図
であり、第3図は第1図の成形型を用いて成形さ
れる光デイスク基盤を示す断面図である。第4図
および第5図は、それぞれ第1図の成形型を用い
て光デイスク基盤を射出成形する際の異なる射出
操作段階における可動金型と固定金型との相対位
置関係を説明するための第2図に相当する断面図
である。第6図は、第3図の光デイスク基盤の張
り合わせによつて製作される光デイスク基盤製品
の要部を示す断面図である。第7図は従来の光デ
イスク基盤用成形型を示す第2図に相当する図で
あり、第8図はその従来の成形型を用いて成形さ
れる光デイスク基盤を示す第3図に相当する図で
あり、第9図は第8図の光デイスク基盤の張り合
わせ体を示す要部断面図である。

Claims (1)
けられ且つ所定のスタンパがセツトされた可動金
型とを含み、それら金型にて形成される製品キヤ
ビテイ内への所定の射出材料の射出により、該ス
タンパ面の情報が転写された光デイスク基盤を成
形するようにした光デイスク基盤用成形型におい
て、 前記可動金型側に取り付けられて前記スタンパ
の外周縁部を押さえるスタンパ押えリングと、 該スタンパ押えリングの内側に位置して前記製
品キヤビテイの外周面を規定する突部を有し、且
つ該突部の外周面規定面が前記固定金型側から前
記可動金型側に向かつて外方に拡がるテーパ面と
して形成された、該固定金型側に取り付けられる
固定リングと、 該固定リングを前記可動金型側に向かつて突き
出すように付勢する付勢手段と、 該付勢手段の付勢力によつて、前記固定リング
が前記可動金型側に向かつて所定量だけ自由に突
き出され得るように、該固定リングの突出し量を
規制するストツパ手段とを、 設けたことを特徴とする光デイスク基盤用成形
